Moving to Union City, we expected to miss a lot of things about Albany, Berkeley, Oakland. This is true, there are plenty of things we miss, but we lucked out and live really close to the Thai Temple. Those of you berkeley-ites know that the Thai Temple is a Berkeley institution involving Thai food concessions made by volunteers trying to fundraise for the temple. Well, here in Fremont, there is a Thai Temple ("sister" temple to the Berkeley one) as well. Last weekend we got Jenny and Erik and James to come over to enjoy the sunshine and the good food with us. The Pad Thai was a hit for babies and parents alike.
