This past weekend we took Noralee in to get her first haircut. We went to Grand Hairport, where Kevin has been getting his haircut for as long as he can remember living in Oakland (his only place to get his haircut post-Cal Comb-and-Scissors). He went there on a recommendation by Mel years ago; Jamie also went there for haircuts when she lived around Lake Merritt. And now Noralee does too!
Nancy did a good job of cutting our squirrelly little girl's bangs - Helen had to assist with holding her in place. This was a bit too reminiscent of our visit to the Kaiser lab last week when Noralee had to get her blood drawn for her amenia/lead tests (no lead, no amenia, I am happy to report)... except we don't have pictures of that.
Here's our girl with her new hairdo. We only had her bangs done; she still has the length in the back.
