Feather Friedman

The highlight of this month was the five days we were able to spend with Uncle Fred, Aunt Michele, and Shannon (their dog) up in Grants Pass. We very nearly didn't make it there, between Kevin and my getting sick, work, and then our car breaking down in Fairfield.

But we did manage to make it there, and we had a great time. Noralee LOVED Shannon, and Shannon was great with Noralee. The highlights of the trip:

1) just seeing Uncle Fred and Aunt Michele, and catching up
2) visiting Rogue Creamery and Jacksonville
3) boat river ride down the Rogue
4) eating fruits and veggies from Uncle Fred's garden; okay, eating ribs from Uncle Fred's BBQ (yum!)
5) shopping with Aunt Michele
6) Grants Pass farmer's market
7) playing horseshoe with Noralee, blowing bubbles with Noralee in the grass
8) lying in the hammock and looking at the beautiful trees up above
9) seeing Uncle Fred's bountiful garden
10) running with Shannon

Writing this post is making me miss it even more. Thanks for a great time, Fred and Michele!
Oh, Noralee earned a nickname: Feather Friedman.
